W3 offers three types of customizable Reiki experiences. Each session is designed to provide the recipient with the sort of healing experience they require, as well as a platform to a create a practice that can be further developed.
Tranquility session
For those seeking a relaxing, restorative Reiki session. Enter into a space of serene healing, where you will receive guidance through breathing techniques to calm the mind and body in order to connect with you own healing nature. This session involves minimal dialogue and asks for silent self contemplation.
Rejuvenation session
If you seek ways to strengthen your wellness practice and would like to have some tools for destressing and invigorating the body, then consider this invigorating energy session. The recipient is offered personalized movement, breath and energy balancing techniques along with a Reiki infusion.
Balance session
When the path becomes unclear and you seek guidance, a Balancing session may offer the respite you require. Through a sharing of guidance, the recipient is offered a chance to shed their own light on questions and concerns they may have in their wellness practice. Once they are offered space to share their heart, they are lead on a journey within themselves to find the answers they seek. This session also offers a distance treatment for the recipient at a later date.
Distance session
Send or receive Distance Reiki for you or loved ones. A wonderful way to tune into the soothing rays of Reiki anywhere.

What to expect during a Reiki session...
A standard reiki session lasts one hour. If it is the recipients first time, a brief (10-15 min) review of what to expect during the session and specific areas of concern will be addressed. Feel free to arrive early to account for this review period.
The session usually takes place with the recipient comfortably reclined on a massage table, though if the recipient requires the session can also be done sitting in a semi-reclined chair. If you have any mobility or pain issues notify the practitioner so accommodations can be made.
Unlike a message therapy session, the recipient will remain fully clothed for the session. It is advised to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioners hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso. Additional placements can be done as needed (ex. if there is an injury or surgical scar). The Reiki practitioner can hold her hands just off the body if needed (for example, in the presence of an open wound or burn).
